Beginning Shamanic Journeying Workshops
Beginning Journeying is based on the practice of Shamanism and is specially focused for beginners. Shamanic Journeywork is sacred, spiritual, and rewarding and can help to deepen any faith. You will learn to enter an altered state of consciousness at will, meet your power animals and teachers, and receive access to information, loving wisdom and guidance that can be used for personal growth and healing. This workshop or the ability to journey is a prerequisite to any additional shamanic workshops. Dates & Locations below from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This workshop is based on the practice of Shamanic journeying and Shamanic healing. Shamanic Journeywork is sacred, spiritual, rewarding, and can be used as a tool to access healing information and energy. Working with your power animals, teachers and other compassionate spirits you will journey into the past, present and future to affect your own growth through personal healing as well as healing for others. You must be experienced in Shamanic Journeying.

August 24, 2013 –Shamanic Teachings of Death and Dying PART II – 9:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
This offering is a Workshop rooted in the practice of Shamanism that explores the process of death and dying.... transitioning to another dimension. This work helps us open our heart to an experience we will all have with a loved one, and for ourselves, by reducing fear and expanding understanding. This will be taught in a loving, respectful and gentle manner. Attending Death and Dying Part One is a prerequisite to this workshop.

September 28, 2013 - Trees....and other Spirits of the Forrest - 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Spirits abound in the forest and nature is continually attempting communicate with us. Everything in the woods is alive and has an energy that enables it to communicate.....if we would only have the ears to hear. Every forest has its Lady or Lord of the Woods as well as elves, fairies and other natural beings - and many people have been fortunate to meet them. Every tree has a heart and a spirit and a voice..........and an opinion. Come spend a day in the woods and meet the spirits that live there.....they have much to teach us. Shamanic Journeying is NOT a pre-requisite for this workshop - however, the ability to journey and/or meditate would be very beneficial.

Many of you have indicated you want more, want to go deeper, want to have experiences like those available to folks who do other programs. Well we have developed a program that will bring you many of those initiatory experiences and more!
This will be a residential program, meeting at a lodge in the Kentuckiana area for 4 intensive weekends over a two-year period. June 7,8, 9, 2013- Two Year Program in Advanced Shamanic Initiations – Borestone, Maine****FULL Maine gatherings will have a weekend OR a weekday selection.
This will be a residential program, meeting at the lodges of Borestone Mountain Sanctuary for 4 intensive weekends over a two-year period. The meetings will be held in early June and early October of each of these years. Costs will be as minimal as we can make them and will include housing in private or semi-private rooms in the Borestone lodges. Lodging and meals are included in the workshop fee. This program will be facilitated by Dory Cote ( www.earthlighthealing.com ) and Barbara Bloecher.
